ALWAYS

Ooh your life is sun,
Chasing all the rain away,
When you come around you bring a brighter day
You're the perfect one
For me and you forever we'll be
And I will love you so for always

this atlantic starr number played the moment i stepped into union last night.

it was one of my favorite sing-a-long songs so it got me in high spirits. =)

anyways, swollen eyes and heavy lids aside, today ended pretty nice.

i was kinda blurry-eyed for most of the morning and afternoon until i got to UTAC for the interview with CEO, JC Lee.

today has gotta be my most bimbotic day to date.

i blame it on the crying last night. bah.

JC never fails to perk me up with his wisecracks and anecdotes...and i got quite a good interview.

teaching also gets me smiling, especially when i see my students feeling somewhat sheepish and awkward...kinda reminds me of my days as a beginner (which wasn't too far back).

so i left Caliente with a bounce in my step, and an eagerness to call everyone up to tell them how happy i felt.

in the end, i ended up at xenbar doing a dance with jianyang and one with panda.

on that note, i've never done so many flips in two days!

the two guys said it was really easy to flip me and i felt extremely lightweight being flipped by them!

*whoops there it is*

IT FELT SO GOOD!

i could so get used to it. =)

and so i've been told that some people feel afraid/stressed to dance with me.

as if i have such an unfriendly demeanor.

PLEASE LAH! JUST ASK, CAN?

a highlight of tonight was me walking down maxwell towards xen, singing LSG to myself. =)

and of course, spending the last couple of hours with two guys who make up "the three stooges" with me.

coolness.

*i apologize for today's post. told you i felt bimbotic."

新年快乐 Serene!

Did a bit of reading and *listening* as well. Quotable quote of the day, "It's like listening to the radio but you access the reports at your convenience, and there is no such thing as tuning in too late." Familiar? :p

Have never heard of this phonecaster before but if I may recall, I may have saw the ads somewhere which make the faces seem familiar.

Oh yeah, on a personal note, I find digging people's history is kinda rude BUT interesting. Not really anywhere near end, think there may be some missing link before and after...

Allows me to recommend you an intelligent and difficult film, CLOSER. You may chooses whether to investigate what are presented from it. There are no easy answers and none are offered. My guess is that most people would rather dismiss the film than dwell on the very uncomfortable issues after all reflection is very hard work and we are mostly not used to it. From the film.... Will total honesty always destroy relationships. Will sexual jealousy always destroy relationships. What stops us acting on our impulsive desires; is it our 'moral rectitude' or our fear of the consequences. How can we live a compromise and still be true to ourselves. What would a win-win compromise look like in the context of a relationship. The best among all... If we have lied can we still trust that someone else who is telling us the truth!?
I noticed that it was the men who needed to know every detail of the so-called 'truth'. Maybe it is the case that women can live with a deal more uncertainty and compromise than men. It did seem that mens egos were more fragile and maybe this is generally the case. You mentioned a lot about Pride too!

Damn Ego! I hate myself....

Lots to think on and I am glad that I saw this film.

Oops, a bit lengthy!
