here i am, looking through some salsa videos online, spending the day looking through other available salsa courses, when i chance upon the hallmark channel's "america - told by one person at a time" series.

so there's this latin american guy talking about his life and how he teaches salsa with his wife, who's american. and he said this:

"people always say that miami people cannot dance salsa. EVERYONE can dance salsa. it doesn't matter where you come from."

and he mentioned how important salsa is in his life and how salsa's evolved.

then my brother bursts into my room, telling me that a group from j&j dance studio put up a salsa rueda performance at this ccf function he was helping out at today.

the convergence of it all...how can i not take it as A SIGN?
