THE YOUNG ONES

...shouldn't be afraid.

i've seen quite a few styles of management since starting work in '99.

i've observed, adapted and learnt.

i have to learn to understand that people are not as adaptable as me.

i have to learn not to fault them.

i have to learn to be patient with them.

i have to learn to accept that i may not be what every one of them likes.

and most of all...

i have to learn that i am all of 24, have worked at five very different places and have traveled the world...

...and there's not many of me around.

dear god, please give me the strength to pull through.
