it's taken me a long while to even try to fulfill that "star prophecy". and last night was the first step. the first of many steps to heighten my profile as a performer.

seriously though, music is the one thing i hold true to my heart. so wherever this road takes me, it WILL end at music.

it was heartening to see familiar faces in the "crowd" last night. not because i wanted to show off...but because we were all so demoralized it really helped to have people cheer you on... the cast enjoyed performing for the whole lot of them. we did much better last night.

like i said in my previous blog, Roxie Hart was my saving grace. ;)

it's been a tough past couple of weeks...but i'm proud to say i got through my first performance, and i'm just a tad bit buffer cuz of the nightly "dance competition" routines.

i love dragon dance.

and i'm looking forward to salsa...once again.

i miss singing...so much.
